The Warehouse

The Evanston Rebuilding Warehouse is a nonprofit building material reuse warehouse that sells products at 50 to 90% below retail prices so that everyone can afford to fix up their homes while keeping materials out of the landfill. Visit our 28,000 square-foot warehouse to purchase things you find in and around a house, including: kitchen and bath cabinets, lighting fixtures, appliances, doors, windows, flooring, tiles, trim, hardware, and more!

We’re your source for new construction, renovations, and creative reuse projects. Our building materials range from the late-19th century to new-in-box (or sometimes old-in-box for some pristine vintage finds) items like:

In person at our retail warehouse

The warehouse is located at 1245 Hartrey Avenue in Evanston, IL, Monday – Saturday from 10am-6pm. We have a small parking lot, but additional (free) street parking is available in the lot at the corners of Hartrey Avenue and Dempster Street.

Online in our eBay store

24 hours a day 7 days a week you can shop a curated selection of our unique finds online in our eBay store with detailed descriptions and photos from multiple angles.

Membership

Our annual memberships are reasonably priced at:

$45 for individuals and $150 for businesses. You can often offset the cost of an annual membership with the Member’s Only monthly special! 

To join go to our Donate page and plug either $45 or $150 so we’ll know you’re purchasing a membership and can update your file.
