Thank you for choosing to help divert material from the landfill and into the homes of your neighbors!

1. Email picture + list of items with description (if applicable) to be donated to: [email protected]*

2. Wait for our reply to see if we would like to accept the donation. If we accept, please arrange a date + time to drop off at 2101 Dempster Street. For larger donations pull up to the bay and call us so we can let you in!

We do pick-ups! Our service is free, however locations that take 30 mins or longer to reach will be considered a special pick-up and charged a fee.

Note: All donations must be pre-approved. Please do not drop anything off without calling or emailing us first.

3. At the warehouse fill out a donation slip for tax credit. To get help with appraising the value of your donation ask a warehouse volunteer.

Accepted Donations

All donated materials must be in usable condition (new or “gently used”)

We cannot accept materials containing hazardous substances

Kitchen and bathroom cabinets
Countertops; granite, marble, corian and laminate in good condition
Electrical; light fixtures, shades, globes, fluorescent lights, ceiling fans
Tubs and sinks; all types free of chips, cracks, deep scratches or severe stains
Toilets; low flow, clean and complete with no scratches, cracks or chips
Faucets; kitchen, bath, vanity and laundry room
Tiles; minimum 6 sq.ft. unless accent tiles, no vinyl tiles
Wood flooring; 2 ft. or longer, denailed and in reusable condition, no glue or mastic
Manufactured wood flooring; new in box, 10 sq.ft. or more
Trim; minimum 5′ lengths, denailed and in reusable condition without peeling or chalking paint
Insulation; batt insulation clean and in bag, in original plastic wrap
Doors; interior, exterior and patio, no peeling paint, no hollow core doors
Windows; insulated glass wood, clad, vinyl (new in box) or metal
Hardware; door, window and plumbling
Mirror; framed
Appliances; stainless steel energy star, vintage at staff discretion
